51jl Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

Welcome to 51jl. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 51jl ("we", "us", "the platform") regarding your access to and use of 51jl's online sports betting, casino, and gaming services available at 51jl.app and all associated mobile applications and platforms.

By registering an account with 51jl, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or simply accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 51jl's services.

These Terms are written in plain English because we believe every Filipino player deserves to understand the rules of the platform they're using. Legal language has been kept to a minimum where possible. Where specific legal wording is unavoidable, we've added plain-language explanations alongside it.

51jl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. All betting and gaming activities offered on the platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Players are responsible for verifying that online gaming is legal in their specific location before participating.

To create and use a 51jl account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Players aged 18–20 in jurisdictions where that age is the legal minimum must provide additional age verification documentation.
• You must be accessing 51jl from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is legally permitted.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether placed through 51jl's own responsible gaming tools or through any national exclusion registry.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Allowing another person to use your 51jl account is prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of 51jl or any of its service providers and partners.
• You must be a real individual — corporate entities and automated accounts are not permitted to register on 51jl.

51jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of funds pending resolution.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on 51jl. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances voided.

When registering your 51jl account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 51jl username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Logging out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notifying 51jl support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

51jl will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you receive a communication claiming to be from 51jl requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required before processing withdrawals or when 51jl has reason to verify your identity. Documents typically requested include a government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address or payment method.

All transactions on 51jl are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards through BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other local banks. Deposits processed via GCash and Maya are typically reflected in your 51jl balance within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification if not previously completed. 51jl processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet typically arrive within 1–2 banking days.

Funds deposited into your 51jl account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

51jl reserves the right to request documentation to confirm the source of funds for deposits above certain thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law.

• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if your account is currently under review or pending KYC verification.
• In cases of suspected fraud or violation of these Terms, 51jl may withhold funds pending investigation.
• Dormant account fees may apply to accounts showing no activity for 12 months or more — these will be communicated in advance.

All bets placed on 51jl are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of placing the bet.

Bet placement: A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted by 51jl's system and a confirmation is displayed on screen. Bets shown as "pending" or not confirmed due to connectivity issues are not active until confirmed. The minimum bet amount is ₱50 for most markets.

Odds: All odds displayed on 51jl are in decimal format. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager — live in-play odds may change between selection and confirmation. 51jl displays the latest available odds at all times and confirms the final odds before you commit.

Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the appropriate governing body (PBA, NBA, FIBA, PVL, UAAP, etc.). 51jl will not settle bets based on results that are subject to official protest or reversal. If an official result is later changed, 51jl reserves the right to re-settle affected bets.

Cancelled and postponed events: If an event is cancelled before it starts, pre-game bets are voided and stakes returned. For live bets, cancellation after a match has started follows sport-specific rules. Postponed events that are rescheduled within 48 hours remain active; beyond that, bets are voided.

Errors: 51jl will not honour bets placed on clearly erroneous odds — for example, a -500 favourite displayed at +500 due to a pricing error. Such bets will be voided and stakes returned. 51jl will notify affected players as quickly as possible.

Maximum winnings: Maximum payout per single bet event is ₱5,000,000. Parlay/combo bets have separate maximum payout limits displayed in the bet slip. 51jl reserves the right to limit bet sizes on individual markets or accounts at its discretion.

51jl's casino games — including video slots, live dealer tables, Tongits, and all other game categories — operate under the following rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game.

RNG and fairness: All non-live casino games on 51jl use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested by independent third-party auditors. Outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by the player or by 51jl. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot and RNG table games.

Live dealer games: Live dealer studios operate 24/7 and are staffed by trained dealers following standard casino procedure. Technical disconnections during a live game will be resolved based on the game state at the moment of disconnection — stakes may be voided or settled based on available information. 51jl's decision on live game dispute outcomes is final.

Tongits: Tongits games on 51jl follow standard Philippine Tongits rules. Minimum and maximum stakes vary by room type and are clearly displayed before joining. Players compete against other real players on the platform — 51jl does not place itself as a player in Tongits games.

Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcome, 51jl reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return stakes. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the operating standard for all casino games on 51jl.

51jl offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as well as these general bonus rules.

Wagering requirements: Most bonuses on 51jl carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements for each promotion are clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Typical wagering requirements at 51jl range from 5x to 20x, which is significantly lower than industry averages.

Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting on mainstream events typically contributes 100%. Casino games contribute at varying rates — slots generally contribute at 100%, live table games at 10–20%, and some games may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are used after your real money balance is depleted, unless otherwise specified.
• Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus — whether using the same device, IP address, or payment method — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account review.
• Bonuses not claimed within their validity period expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• 51jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Active wagering requirements will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including wagering on games with the purpose of meeting requirements at minimal risk — may result in bonus forfeiture at 51jl's discretion.

51jl is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations seriously. Every player on the platform has access to a set of responsible gaming tools from their account settings at any time.

Available tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods (temporary breaks of 24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent or time-limited self-exclusion. These tools are designed to work — they are not for show.

If you choose to self-exclude from 51jl, your account will be suspended for the selected period. During self-exclusion, 51jl will:

• Prevent you from logging in to your account.
• Remove you from all marketing communications.
• Not actively encourage you to return until your exclusion period has expired — and even then, only if you proactively re-register.

Players may not circumvent self-exclusion by creating a new account. Any account created to bypass an active self-exclusion will be immediately closed and balances returned.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 51jl and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and cheating: Using software, algorithms, bots, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over 51jl or other players.
• Money laundering: Using 51jl to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity. 51jl complies with all Philippine AML regulations and reports suspicious activity as required by law.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an advantage in multi-player games including Tongits, poker, or live dealer tables.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions through multiple accounts, low-risk wagering strategies designed purely to meet requirements, or coordinated abuse across groups of players.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate deposits with your payment provider after using those funds on 51jl. All chargeback disputes will be contested and may result in civil action.
• Impersonation: Using another person's identity, payment methods, or account details to access 51jl.
• Minors: Knowingly allowing a person under the legal age to access or use your 51jl account.

51jl collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using 51jl, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 51jl collects data necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold, including SSL encryption across all 51jl platform connections.

You have rights under Philippine data protection law (Republic Act No. 10173 — Data Privacy Act of 2012) including the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data held by 51jl. For data-related requests, contact us at support@51jl.app.

51jl provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure reliability and availability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

51jl's liability to any player in connection with use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 51jl is not liable for any losses arising from your inability to access the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• 51jl is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost profits arising from the use of the platform.
• 51jl's total liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by you to 51jl in the 12 months preceding the incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits 51jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

By you: You may close your 51jl account at any time by contacting support at support@51jl.app. Any remaining real money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to standard verification. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome and any winnings paid to your nominated payment method.

By 51jl: 51jl reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms. In cases of serious violation (fraud, money laundering, underage gambling), balances may be forfeited. In cases of account closure for commercial or operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, 51jl will return the real money balance and provide reasonable notice.

When an account is closed for any reason, any outstanding bonus balances are forfeited. Real money balances are handled as described above.

51jl may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, applicable laws, or platform features. When material changes are made, 51jl will:

• Update the "Last Updated" and "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
• Notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect where material changes are involved.
• For minor clarifications or administrative changes, updates may take effect immediately without individual notification.

Your continued use of 51jl after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you may close your account before the effective date and receive your remaining balance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
